Defehr Furniture – Canadian values of partnership and integrity

When you’re a brilliant manufacturer experiencing explosive growth and opportunity, it’s important keep retailers close and invest heavily in their success. Defehr, Canada’s largest furniture manufacturer¬†wanted to help the retailers who sell their product market and move more pieces while maintaining close personal relationships with each key account.

Paper Sword worked with Defehr to develop a series of web channels designed to refer consumer traffic to retail sites, and is working to coordinate partner campaigns to increase foot traffic in Canadian retailers.

Matchbook Services – Start-up mentality, enterprise-level execution

Matchbook Services Founder Rushabh Mehta can create technology that can do things many people can only dream about. That was the case for Dun & Bradstreet, a massive 3rd party data supplier. Matchbook Services has become a key partner of D&B by proving a SaaS data stewardship toolset that uses data science algorithms to intuitively match, enrich and monitor customer data against D&B’s massive referential database.

Paper Sword is working with this mighty start-up to manage the close partnership with Dun & Bradstreet, helping to onboard sales teams to the tool, drive partner marketing initiatives, and program collaboration. As a result, Matchbook closed exciting and well-known accounts like Uber, Schneider Electric, and VISA.
